The second album from the Sivert Høyem led Norwegian band is a collection of great, stylist, intellectual, dark, sentimental, charismatic and poetical songs. The superb guitar work, the somber mood and the sometimes resigned vocal style, add to that feeling. An ultra bleak, not always easily accessible but sincere and real record that makes a lasting impression once you get into it.
