Producer Sandy Pearlman smoothed out some of the band's rougher edges introducing a more “rock sound” but this record still remains a punk rock classic. A somehow transitional album for the band that was at the time looking to spread its wings to the American market it is a highly contagious affair with ferocious energy and adventurous mood.
