An album full of swagger, horny pounding and experimental eagerness. Raw and hilarious, the songs vary from dirty rockers and meditative psychedelia to proto punk cuts. All are fantastic examples of primitive fuzzed out rock adorned with wah-wah screeching. There is a strange primitive attraction, a directness that slows how influential the band came to be. One of the most important records in the history of rock and roll and everyone should know it.
